Shipping and Returns Policy
FREE SHIPPING on U.S. domestic orders over $100
Most items ship out within 2-3 days of purchase. Some larger items may have an extended processing time to coordinate delivery. Delivery time will depend on the method of shipment. Large items' shipping prices are estimates. Please contact us for more accurate pricing based on your location.
Recycled/repurposed packaging is used whenever possible. If you are purchasing something as a gift, please let us know so it can be shipped in a new box.
- We ship via US Postal Service (USPS), UPS and Fedex for orders shipped within the USA. You will see a choice of shipping options available in your Shopping Cart - choose the method that is best for you or let us decide.
- Gift Cards are delivered digitally by email and do not incur shipping charges.
- Orders sent to APO, FPO and PO Boxes ship via USPS only.
We use Greyhound bus service as an economical shipping option for some large items. This method requires you to pickup your shipment at the nearest Greyhound bus station. To ship via this method, we will require a contact number to give to Greyhound. This is used by Greyhound to contact you upon the shipment arrival. We will discuss with you prior to using Greyhound Shipping.
We ship worldwide via USPS International Mail. Typically international orders that weigh 4 pounds or less (when packaged) are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail (typically 6-21 days in transit).
- Items that weigh more than 4 pounds are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail (typically 6-10 days in transit) or via DHL Express (typically 3-5 days in transit).
- Some items are too large to ship via USPS to your country. Please contact us, and we are happy to look into alternative carriers.
For the most accurate shipping prices, your shopping cart will automatically calculate combined shipping at checkout.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
- If an order arrives damaged through the shipping carrier, please report this to us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please keep the original shipping box and packaging materials. We will require additional information and photos of the damaged package in order to file a claim. In some cases, the shipping carrier will come to retrieve the package to finish a claim. All claims must be made within 2 days of package delivery - we are unable to file a claim after 2 days.
- Damage claims must be made by contacting our shop, NOT the shipping carrier. If you have any questions, please contact us. Refunds on damaged packages can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier.
All of our items are sold as described or 'as is' condition. They are vintage and previously used, so all items will have some degree of wear. We do our best to represent this through photos and descriptions. Please read and view the description and photos carefully before purchase.
If you have any questions or would like additional photos of an item, we are happy to assist you.
Returns of Vintage Products
Like most stores that sell vintage and antiques, all sales of vintage products are considered final.
However, we really want you to be happy. **If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately, within 3 days of receiving your item.
If an issue arises, we will review each order on a case-by-case basis. A re-stocking fee of 25% may apply.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Returns of Handmade Items
We do our best to represent items in our Made Collection (Collage Art and Mosaic Art) through photos and descriptions. Please read the description and view the photos carefully before purchase.
We will accept returns of Handmade Collage Art and Handmade Mosaic Art for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- We will accept a return for store credit if you contact us immediately (within 3 days of your receipt of goods), and ship back to us within 5 days of your receipt of goods.
- Items must be returned in condition they were sent.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
- Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs, insurance, duties, taxes, or tariffs on all return shipments.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
