This first edition hardcover book, Young America - A Folk Art History, is a look back at the history of American folk art. A vintage book authored by Jean Lipman, it is an excellent pictorial featuring handsome reproductions of paintings, photographs, drawings, sculpture, and decorative objects chosen from public and private collections.
Published by New York : Hudson Hills Press in association with the Museum of American Folk Art in 1986, it would be a great coffee table book for the art enthusiast.

Item Condition
Good vintage condition with overall wear consistent with age and use. The dust jacket show mild surface wear with scuffing and a couple of small tears. The cloth cover is in excellent condition; the pages are clean and nearly new with very minor tanning at the top of the pages.
