View CollectionThis group of Liberty Bond buttons come with a story... one of history and patriotism. A Liberty bondwas a war bond that was sold in the United States to support the allied cause in World War I.
Our collection of five old pin back buttons features a pair of blue buttons with “V Liberty Loan” in white to the front and “made by American Art Works Coshocton, Ohio” to the back. Also included is a button with a depiction of the Statue of Liberty and “I own a Liberty Bond” to the front and “Ehrman Walden, Mass” to the back, a yellow button with a laurel wreath and “1918” inside a red cross and a yellow button with “W.S.S. pledges for 1918” in a blue triangle.

Item Condition
In very good condition especially since they are over 100 years old! the is age-related surface wear to the graphics, plus discoloration, oxidation and what to the metal backings. All show surface residue and have not been cleaned.
