Vintage Woven Carpet Handbag (1960s)

Wow! This barely used soft carpet style handbag will add a mod '60s vibe to your vintage wardrobe! Roomy and spacious to hold all of your daily necessities - and large enough to hold a medium sized tablet.

Made by JR USA (Julius Resnik), the woven fabric is like a soft chenille tapestry. With a bold and geometric pattern, this bag looks barely used. The gold tone hardware shows overall wear with scratches and discoloration. The handle is a hard tortoiseshell plastics into the gold tone metal. The clasp works well. The black interior lining is a soft polyvinyl. Very clean throughout.

Great vintage condition! The bag itself is very clean and appears to have been barely used. The gold tone hardware shows surface wear, scratches, and discoloration due to age and use. We have included close-up photos of the hardware. VERY clean. Marked JR USA on interior lining.
