Our magical winter wonderland will delight your family, young and old, this holiday season. Tiny paper board houses such as these were often called Putz houses. Made by hand in Japan back in the '50s and eagerly collected one by one. Each year the Christmas village grew much to the delight of the wee ones.

Display these charming houses on a windowsill, shelf or mantle - just make sure they're in view so the kids can enjoy them as as much as you do! Summon your creative juices to build a miniature village they'll never forget.

These tiny cardboard houses have been used and well-loved. All show surface wear including scuffs, bends, paint loss, edge/corner wear, marks, paint loss and loose mica flakes. The cellophane windows show scattered tearing from age and use (this can be repaired carefully by a crafty person). Some have small hanging wires so they can be used as ornaments in the Christmas tree. Stamped JAPAN on the bottom.
