This mishmash of handmade art notebook pages are from the early 1900s. Saved from an old box of papers and other ephemera, we've tried to piece together their history (without much luck, so we made it up!)
Since the bulk of items in the box were from the early 1900s, we assume these are also from that time period.
What really grabbed our heart strings is the earnest effort and dedication that this unknown student put forth to finish the art project. From careful coloring, to penmanship, shading and spelling 😉, each page deserves our utmost attention!
Imagine these page matted and framed as a simple collection of art history. So unique and heartfelt.
Anyway, this 13-pc collection is offered here as a reminder that everyone starts somewhere and the journey is THE ultimate goal.

Papers are faded and slightly soiled with edge wear. Hole reinforcers on most pages. Unsigned, undated.
