Upcycled Woodland Mosaic Picture Frame

Starting with a thrift store brown wooden frame, we gathered a palette of soft natural colors to create the design. The focal point is a vintage ceramic bird that is perched on the lower left hand corner. Other ingredients include hand cut vintage china, flat creek stone, assorted tiles, buttons, vintage jewelry, shells, milliefiori, Italian smalti, and backstamps from old saucers. Grouted in antique white sanded grout and sealed for protection. A piece of glass is included for the frame opening. Can be used as picture frame or a mirror can be placed in the opening.

Frame is in good condition; mosaic design remains securely attached to frame. The inherent nature of handmade mosaics is rustic and imperfect. There may sharp edges from the china shards, so inspect carefully before allowing children to handle.
