This reverse glass painting features Victorian era-inspired family on their way to picnic. With beautiful foil detail, it serves as a reminder of the Depression era when times were lean and people 'made do' with ordinary supplies. A timeless piece of art that is truly one of a kind!
History lesson: The National Recovery Administration (NRA), was a U.S. government agency established by Pres. Franklin D. Roosevelt to stimulate business recovery through fair-practice codes during the Great Depression.
