Pair of Hand Carved Adirondack Wooden Frames

Old wooden Adirondack frames never go out of style. Rustic, simplistic with carved wood, they embody the natural beauty of the Adirondack Mountains in New York. This style of frame is the hand work of immigrants from Germany and Scandinavia. Often used in campy cabin decor, they are equally at home in any eclectic or contemporary space as an organic element.

Item Condition

Very good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Overall mild scratches, scuffs and aging on beautiful dark wooden frames. Corner leaves present and intact. Original hanging wires present. The white interior edge on smaller frame shows discoloration and small marks. Some original nails on back of frames are present. Undated, unmarked.
