Old Putz Houses with Fence and Bottle Brush Trees
Old Putz Houses with Fence and Bottle Brush Trees
Your weathered and worn winter wonderland awaits! Our group of four paper board houses includes a 14-pc fence, a paper pulp lantern ornament plus a forest of bottle brush trees. Popular in the 1950s, these Putz houses are made from heavy paper board, paint, mica glitter, cellophane for the windows and a loofah tree.
This little set shows the bumps and bruises of a life well lived. Each house has a hole on the back to allow room for lights to be placed inside. The cellophane windows are torn or missing, though they can actually be repaired if you’re crafty.
An authentic vintage set from the mid century era.🎄
