In good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Frame shows wear, loss of carved design, soil and residue. Hanging wire present. Watercolor paper appears slightly buckled under the glass. Signed by artist R lower corner, though illegible. Described as New England Coast, left lower corner.
