Modern Farmhouse Brown Glaze Stoneware Jug

Do you have a 'thing' for honest, utilitarian pottery like we do? Our old brown glaze crock jug fits right in with your modern farmhouse decor, though she's not modern at all. Nope, she's likely 100+ years old since we found her in a country auction.

She probably stored any number of liquids back then, but now she'd be happy as a vase, holding fresh stem from the garden or your morning walk. Add her to you collection, or give as a gift to one of your besties.

- ONE old stoneware crock jug with brown glaze  and handle (as shown)

Item Condition

Good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Very sturdy and heavy for its size. Surface glaze is semi glass and shows irregularities of the pottery, plus marks, scratches and scuffs. 

Last image shows one smallish chip present at base below handle - less than .5" wide. (Oh, it's shaped like a little heart, too!)

She has at least another 100 years of living her best life with you.
