Add this 5-piece vintage Japan Putz village to your holiday collection.🎄 With two churches and three houses, you're on your way to an entire Putz community. All glittery and sweet, this Christmas set can be displayed on your mantel, a windowsill, or tabletop. Just be sure your tiniest guests can see them.
These miniatures were made in Japan around the 1940s - 1950's from heavy paper board, paint, mica glitter, loofah and cellophane for the windows. Each building is unique with different colors and hand decorated designs. With a hole on the back, you can place a tiny light inside that glows in the dark.

Item Condition
Good, clean vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Surface wear is minimal, with minor marks, residue and scuffs throughout. One house has a bit more damage, with bent cardboard and wear in the roof. (charming!) Most all cellophane windows are intact with only a few showing tears. The hole in back of each house is for a string of Christmas lights, if desired.
Some aree stamped JAPAN on the bottom. Dated to the 1950's or earlier.
