Manufactured by Louis Marx & Co. and easy to assemble, the tree consists of three plastic parts: two pieces slide together to form the tree which fits into the red base.  The original box is included.

- Very good condition, the tree appears barely used. The tree has two white pieces that slide together and fit into the red base. Very clean, not cracks or scratches noted. The box shows surface wear but clean and intact. Dated to the 1950s-1960s.
