Our large kitschy TV shell lamp is for the beach lover on your gift list.🌴 These lamps were sold as popular souvenirs in Florida during the 50s. Often displayed atop of a console television, they are also known as TV lamps.
What makes this particular lamp Super Special is not only its hefty size, but the beautiful white coral as the center focal piece. And when the light is on .. perfection. (see picture 2)
Strong and sturdy, this funky lamp is a slice of Old Florida - a slice of history, really, when life was simpler in sunny Florida.

Item Condition
Very good condition with minimal wear noted. Assorted sea shells, two abalone shells and large coral pieces are secured tightly to the marbled plaster base. The small lightbulb is in working condition (image 2) and can be rearranged or removed as needed.
The plaster base has felt pads to prevent scratching surface of TV or shelf. The current lightbulb/cord works, but is older. Suggest replacing with a newer electrical cord/bulb if you plan to use the light frequently.
As expected, the surface show dust and residue, but can be easily cleaned with a dry paint brush. **Pour yourself a margarita and dust away!🍹
