Heron Blue Mid Century Linoleum Block Print

Can you believe this original mid century heron linoleum block print was created by a high school student? Yep, the artist Andy Liszak entered this piece into a local competition hoping to earn a spot in a **national competition back in the 1950s.

We don't know if he advanced, but this beautiful  block print is worthy of a blue ribbon in our humble opinion.

Good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Slight buckling to paper which is taped to a mat. The colors are bright. Signed Andy Liszak Art VI in pencil lower right corner. Dated to the 1950s.
