Good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Hand painted design with shellac top coat shows some scattered yellowing. Minor chips, scuffs and crazing present. Aluminum towel rack intact. Back of shelf is unpainted. Artist unknown; undated. Hang by eye hooks.
