View CollectionPop You don't have to drink tea to fall in love with this colorful, old tin-lined tea box. Imagine this antique beauty displayed in your home, adding a touch of global intrigue.
Of course, there are many wonderful old boxes in the world, BUT… The original exterior paper with images of women harvesting tea leaves on a plantation are simply breathtaking. Along with the the weathered wood, the creaky (but functional) hinge, and the history: this one's a keeper!
Dated to the early 1900s; unmarked; well loved and definitely used. Vintage utilitarian beauty at its best!
