1950s Vintage Putz Houses and Church
These two old Putz houses and a community church are just the beginning of a wonter wonderland.
Commonly made in Japan in the 1950s from heavy paper board, paint, mica glitter, cellophane for the windows and loofah. Each building has a hole on the back to allow room for lights to be placed inside.

Item Condition
Good used condition. Some windows with torn or missing cellophane. Cardboard shows edge wear, scuffs, paint loss and overall dust and residue. Partial stamps ‘JAPAN’ on the bottom. Undated, but likely from the 50s-60s. The two houses have a wire loop to hang from the Christmas tree.
