1950s Stuffed Toy Skunk College Souvenir

This 1950s vintage stuffed plush toy skunk was likely sold as a college souvenir. Likely manufactured by Collegiate Toys Personality Pets in Ames, Iowa, assorted stuffed animals were dressed in various collars, ribbons and collegiate emblems to support their school's spirit.

Unfortunately, this little dude's college days are over, as he no longer sports college accessories. (nor do we know what college he used to promote) But with a little ingenuity, you could actually 'dress' him again to fly the colors of YOUR alma mater!

Collegiate or not, he's the perfect addition to your vintage toy stuffy collection.

Item Condition

Good condition considering age and use. Slight soil/residue and dust present with discoloration on white parts. Her tail has a loose curved metal wire inside. Stitching intact as well as yellow glass eyes. Minor thinning of fur on back near stripe. Untagged. No rips or holes noted.
