We know that you have many choices when shopping for vintage home accesories. But, all vintage stores are not the same. As a small family-run business, our mission is to offer you uncommon, unique vintage goods in a fun, easy shopping experience.
Customers are our #1 priority.
Without our customers, we wouldn't exist. Being a small business, we work hard to offer you top notch customer service and communication. Your feedback is extremely important to us. If we ever fall short of our goals, we sure want to know about it!
We put in the work for you.
Well, it's not really work when you love what you do. (That's how we feel about running a vintage biz.)
But honestly, we spend hours hunting for uncommon treasures, researching the history of each item, photographing, writing, etc. You get the idea.
We want you to feel great about owning a special piece from the past, something that's no longer made, something that makes your decor unique.
We are choosy.
Yep. Choosy, picky, selective. Those words describe how we decide what to offer in our shop.
Why? Because our customers are discriminating. They want history, uniqueness, imperfection, patina. They make their own rules when it comes to styling their space.
If you have a special request, let us know! We're more than happy to search for a specific item on your behalf.
Ever-changing inventory.
Yes, our product inventory changes frequently.. with new items added weekly. (Some stores say that, but we really do it.)
Our customers are looking for vintage and antique accesories from different eras, so our inventory includes a variety of beautiful items from the 1800s to the 1980s.

What does 'vintage' mean?
Vintage defines any item that is 20 years old or older. Antique describes any item that is 75 years or older. Our products are authentic vintage or antique. We do not sell reproductions or 'vintage-style.'
The items in our shop are sourced world-wide. We take time to research their unique history and share this information in the product description.
What is the condition of each item?
Good question. Each item in our store is pre-owned and 20+ years old, so you can expect to see wear consistent with age and use. We include detailed information in our Product Description and Item Details, plus multiple photos. Flaws to each item are clearly described.
I found an item I want in your store but it is SOLD OUT. Will it be restocked?
Unfortunately, our products are one-of-a-kind and cannot be restocked. But, we might be able to find a similar item for you. (That is why we leave out SOLD items visible in out store.) Please contact us if you would like us to find a similar item for you .. always happy to help! You can also follow us on Instagram and Facebook to see the newest items coming to the store. Better yet, sign up for our emails to learn about new products and exclusive discount.
I have some old things that I would like to sell. Will you buy them from me?
We typically do not purchase inventory for our store without examining it in person. In addition, the cost of shipping inventory to us is expensive and usually not realistic.
I have a similar item I saw in your store. Can you tell me what it's worth if I send you a photo?
We are not professional appraisers - therefore we do not offer appraisals on vintage or antique items.
We suggest you contact an antique appraiser near you, or use a website such as Worthpoint or Kovels to determine the value of your item.
We are proud to introduce Shop Pay Installments - a new way to pay over time.
How does it work?
1) You (the Customer) add items to your cart.
2) You check out using Shop Pay.
3) You select Shop Pay Installments and chooses to pay for their order in 4 installments.
After you select Shop Pay Installments, you will review your purchase and will be presented with one of the following options:
1) Make your first payment at checkout
2) Make your first payment 2 weeks after the purchase was made
The 3 remaining payments are automatically charged to your debit or credit card every 2 weeks. You will get an email reminder before each payment is charged.
Are there any additional costs to the customer?
No, there are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees.
What purchases are available for Shop Pay Installments orders?
Installments are available for orders between $50 and $1,000 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.
Can I use Shop Pay Installments for Gift Cards?
No, customer's can't buy gift cards using Shop Pay Installments.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Shop Pay Installments is available for purchases made using a debit card or credit card.

General:
Most items ship out within 2-3 days of purchase. Some larger items may have an extended processing time to coordinate packing supplies and delivery. Delivery time will depend on the method of shipment. Large items' shipping prices are estimates. Please contact us for more accurate pricing based on your location.
You will recieve an email once your package has shipped with tracking information.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges will be calculated once you add an item (or items) to your shopping cart (before you checkout). The actual shipping charge is based on weight, size of the package, and your location.
We do offer complimentary FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100.
Packaging:
Recycled/repurposed packaging is used whenever possible. If you are purchasing something as a gift, please let us know so it can be shipped in a new box.
Domestic Shipping:
We ship via US Postal Service (USPS), UPS and DHL for orders shipped within the USA. You will see a choice of shipping options available in your Shopping Cart - choose the method that is best for you or let us decide.
Gift Cards are delivered digitally by email and do not incur shipping charges.
Orders sent to APO, FPO and PO Boxes ship via USPS only.
Greyhound Shipping:
We use Greyhound bus service as an economical shipping option for some large items. This method requires you to pickup your shipment at the nearest Greyhound bus station. To ship via this method, we will require a contact number to give to Greyhound. This is used by Greyhound to contact you upon the shipment arrival. We will discuss with you prior to using Greyhound Shipping.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide (to most countries) via USPS International Mail and DHL Express.
Typically international orders that weigh 4 pounds or less (when packaged) are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail (typically 6-21 days in transit). Items that weigh more than 4 pounds are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail (typically 6-10 days in transit) or via DHL Express (typically 3-5 days in transit).
Some items are too large to ship via USPS to your country. Please contact us, and we are happy to look into alternative carriers.
Combined Shipping:
For the most accurate shipping prices, please contact us for combined shipping options based on the items you would like to purchase and your location.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping Damages:
If an order arrives damaged through the shipping carrier, please report this to us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please keep the original shipping box and packaging materials. We will require additional information and photos of the damaged package in order to file a claim. In some cases, the shipping carrier will come to retrieve the package to finish a claim. All claims must be made within 2 days of package delivery - we are unable to file a claim after 2 days.
Damage claims must be made by contacting our shop, NOT the shipping carrier. If you have any questions, please contact us. Refunds on damaged packages can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier.
Please read through our shop policies carefully before finalizing your purchase.
All of our items are sold as described or 'as is' condition. They are vintage and previously used, so all items will have some degree of wear. We do our best to represent this through photos and descriptions. Please read and view the description and photos carefully before purchase.
Before you purchase, if you have any questions or would like additional photos of an item, we are happy to assist you.
Returns of Vintage Products
All sales of vintage products are considered final.
However, we want our customers to be happy. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately, within 3 days of receiving your item.
If an issue arises, we will review each order on a case-by-case basis. A re-stocking fee of 15% may apply.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns of Handmade Art
We do our best to represent our Handmade Collage Art and Handmade Mosaic Art through photos and descriptions. Please read the description and view the photos carefully before purchase.
We will accept returns of Handmade Collage Art and Handmade Mosaic Art for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We will accept a return for store credit if you contact us immediately (within 3 days of your receipt of goods), and ship back to us within 5 days of your receipt of goods.
Items must be returned in condition they were sent.
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs, insurance, duties, taxes, or tariffs on all return shipments.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping Orders Daily
While many retail businesses, schools and restaurants are not operating at full capacity, Rush Creek Vintage (being solely an e-commerce business) remains open and is shipping orders daily. We are grateful for UPS and the US Postal Service for their continuing deliveries and pick-ups.
Keeping Our Customers Safe
We want to let you know more about our business practices so you have confidence knowing that your orders are as safe and clean as possible when they leave our shop. We are not open to the public; our shop inventory is actually at our home and storage unit in Central Ohio, a safe and secure space.
Much of our inventory has been purchased and collected over years - not during the past year - and therefore has not been exposed to the virus. While we do not scrub every item before shipping (to protect the patina and character), we thoroughly clean what we can and use gloves to move our products and package them for shipping. This is a practice which we will continue throughout the virus situation. Our inventory is handled only by one or two people who have been following public health directives.
We take all precautions to keep our shop space clean and virus-free. Once a package leaves our shop, it is handled by more people during it's journey to you. We recommend following CDC guidelines to wash your hands frequently.
Venturing Out
Like many of you, we are committed to honoring personal safety guidelines as ordered by the CDC. Though we are vaccinated now, we still wear masks at times, social distance and use sanitizer. Luckily, we have a load of items in storage to photograph and list in our shop, so we'll stay busy. We will continue to follow both local and CDC guidelines.
Gift Cards
If you are shopping for Christmas, Mothers Day, Graduation, Wedding gifts or Birthdays, a Gift Card from Rush Creek Vintage is always appreciated - and safe. Our Gift Cards are delivered digitally by email and never expire!
