The two cream frosted birds with spun glass tails and gold glitter hail from Japan (as marked on the metal clips). The two silver colorful birds were born in W. Germany; one lost her tail feathers as is common with ornaments this old.
These beauties would look superb clipped onto the branches of your Christmas tree, attached to a wreath, or perched atop fresh greenery on the mantle.

Item Condition
Good vintage condition with overall wear consistent with age and use. The cream frosted birds from Japan include original spun glass tails. Some glue residue visible, glitter loss, surface wear with scratches and scuffs. The W. German ornaments are bright and shiny with similar surface wear; the large bird includes the spun glass tail but the smaller bird lost her tail. All show typical darkening and oxidation of the finish near the tail end. All include the original metal clip and spring.
