Vintage industrial meets the Boy Scouts! So here we have two very cool vintage lanterns that will add a spot of color to your home, cabin or garden.

The larger lantern is the Dietz Comet gas lantern which became the official Boy Scout lantern during the 1940s. (those Boy Scouts have good taste) The smaller lantern is the Sun Brand 3500 model oil lantern. Both originally used on the railroad for many moons. They have not been cleaned to protect the original patina of old age and history.

Clean them up or leave as-is; either way they will provide an interesting backdrop when you sit around the campfire roasting marshmallows.
