Who doesn't love a cactus motif these days? Apparently, the cactus plant was coveted over 100 years ago, too. 🌵

Our small antique slag glass pitcher features a raised cactus pattern all the way around. The best part is the warm caramel and cream color, also known as 'chocolate glass' by the manufacturer Indiana Tumbler & Goblet Company. This popular line of Cactus glassware, produced around 1900, inspired Fenton Art Glass to design a similar line.

You'll find SO many uses for this old beauty. Use it for cream or sauces, to display a handful of wild flowers, or as a pencil holder on your desk. Or, plop it down where you can see it every day. 💫

Listing Includes

- ONE antique caramel slag glass pitcher in the Cactus pattern; made in Greenville, IN (as shown)

Item Condition

Very good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The caramel color has swirls of cream throughout, typical of slag glass. The pitcher originally included a lid with is long gone. Several irregularities in the surface are related to production, such as miniuscule chips and rough edges. Dated to around 1900.
