Mid Century lucite with a touch of Hollywood Regency, this classy vintage lamp will light up any table it meets. The style, reminiscent of Karl Springer design, blends modernism and light.
Clear lucite squares are stacked between brass colored spacers with the classic Greek key design. This all sits atop a heavy metal cube base that's been painted in a brass gold tone, albeit with areas of chipped paint and oxidization.
As the photos show, the brass toned harp and finial are removable. You will have fun picking your own shade to show off this lovely accent piece. (We think a black and gold shade would rock this lamp!)
We tested the lamp with a 40W bulb and it works!

Item Condition
Good vintage condition with overall wear consistent with age and use. As mentioned, the metal base shows paint loss and slight oxidation of the underlying metal. The socket is slightly loose and wobbly but can be tightened up. Original wiring. Light socket works when tested. Patina to metal harp and finial. The stacked lucite pieces are not assembled completely 'square' to the base, but is unnoticeable. The round Greek key spacers show slight paint loss. Green felt has been applied to the bottom of the base to protect furniture. Overall surface wear, includes marks, scratches, dust and residue.
Previous owner dates this lamp to the 1960s. Unmarked.
